The Spring Market Is Already Here!

In between living at different hockey rinks while my oldest learns to play hockey, we are out selling a lot real estate so far this year!

In case you were wondering, the spring market is here and I don’t see any signs of things slowing down.

Over the last 2 weeks we were hired to market a property in Cleveland’s West Park neighborhood as well in Seven Hills and both properties where the hottest thing since sliced bread.

In West Park, we marketed a duplex that needed a full gut reno. It has all the potential in the world but boy, does it need A LOT OF WORK.

This property had over 57 showings in 3 days and we were able to get over 14 written offers not including the handful of verbal offers we received.

In Seven Hills, just this past weekend we marketed a 3 bedroom ranch and we had 27 showings in, 30 groups through a 2 hour open house with people lined up before it began and a handful of offers for our clients to choose from.

Both properties went under contract for significantly more than the list price.

So you might say “Ok, but how did you do it?” OR “But not all houses are selling like this!”

Both of those are great questions to ask. The answers is actually a really good one.

We created our own market.

See when you hire us to sell your house, you’re not hiring us to put a sign in the yard, throw the property into the MLS and pray to high heaven somebody has a buyer that’s willing to pay for you property.

When you hire us, you’re hiring us to create a market around your house so that when a buyer sees it they HAVE TO GO LOOK.

We’ve been doing this for 16 years. We know how to properly market a home to sell in multiple offers in a few days.

Because this is a truth that we know… the market WILL NEVER allow a house to sell for less than it’s actually worth.

Remember Covid? Where houses were flying off the shelves, with people doing stupid crazy things just to win? Well… we create that market in 2026.
