My name is Rich Ganim. In 2009, while faced with the economic turmoil from 2008 I was forced to find a new career after my job in the media was eliminated due to corporate restructuring.
I got my real estate license in the spring of 2010 and off I went. In 2014, I was hired as the CEO & Team Leader of Keller Williams on the Water in Bradenton, FL. While there I grew that office to #1 in the county in both closed units and sales volume. KWOTW grew to the #1 real estate in Manatee County while I was there.
In 2017, I was hired as the CEO & Team Leader of Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Southwest in Cleveland, Ohio. While at KWGCSW, we grow to the #2 office in the entire MLS. Additionally, we also grew our agent count, owner profit, listing taken, listing sold, and company dollar. Every metric that you measure the health of a real estate company with, we hit.
In 2020 I partnered with Russell Real Estate Services, the 2nd largest real estate brokerage by agent count in Northeast Ohio. In my current role, I work with agents to grow their teams, live better lives, make more money and accomplish all they desire. Through our proven coaching models, our agents our winning more business, ensuring greater profit margins and are building a legacy through their businesses.
