After selling 3 homes in his first year as a licensed real estate agent, Rich was determined to be successful. In his second and third years in the business Rich and his team won numerous awards and sold over 100 homes each year. When the recession of the mid-2000’s was in full swing Rich found himself fresh out of college and out of a job in television advertising sales due to the restructuring of the television station sales department. A passion for sales and marketing led Rich right into the real estate industry.
The journey of from 3 homes in year 1 to over a 100 in years 2 and 3 led Rich into the mentoring and coaching side of the business where Rich has grown real estate offices to #1 in closed units and closed sales volume in 2015 and 2016 in Southwest Florida and also Top 5 in Cleveland, Ohio in 2017 and 2018. Rich has worked with real estate agents throughout the country to build a successful real estate business. Whether it’s building a team, making that first hire, building a database or building a real estate empire, Rich has worked with some of the highest producing agents to build, develop and implement a successful strategy.
